SQUIDS and SQUIDS101 Verified Badge Policy

Verification is a trust-based badge of approval, not a reward for high follower counts. It doesn't give you special features—it's just a gimmick. Don't email us begging for one (that actually hurts your chances), stay on your best behavior to keep it, and remember we can take it away at any time if rules are broken or if we simply made a mistake.

Version 1 — Updated 16 July 2026

1 Introduction

Note: This is to remind users that we have the right to grant or remove a verified badge from your profile or communities (Squads).

A Verified Badge is a badge given to reputable communities, profiles, brands, or anyone we choose.

2 What does having a verified badge do for your account or community?

  • It tells people that your community or profile is trusted by the platform.
  • It doesn't do anything special for you. It's just a gimmick.

3 What are the requirements to obtain a verified badge?

  • Be patient and lucky.

4 What things don't guarantee a verified badge?

  • Having an enormous number of members or followers won't get you a verified badge. It's about trust, not numbers.
  • You can be famous all you want and still not get one.
  • Sending us emails only lowers your chances of getting one.

5 What can lead to the removal of my verified badge from my profile or communities (Squads)?

  • Violating the User Agreement.
  • Violating this or any other platform policies.
  •  If we accidentally gave you a verified badge.
  • Promoting illegal, inhumane, or illicit activities may result in your verified badge being removed, and your account or community being banned.
  • Appealing a platform ban or the removal of your verified badge does not guarantee that your badge or account will be reinstated.
